UPDATE: Pilates2Voice® is more than just Pilates.

UPDATE:Pilates2Voice® is more than just Pilates.

Pilates2Voice® is a NEW MIND-BODY TECHNIQUE developed by Dr. Veera Khare Asher, based on her Doctoral dissertation: “The Olympic Singer: Integrating Pilates Training into the Voice Studio." This innovative technique integrates research from a combined Pilates-and-voice training method, thereby creating this new mind-body technique specific to voice professionals.

Pilates2Voice® is a one-of-a-kind in the world with the integration of new voice science research and the uniquely developed vocal techniques by Dr. Asher. Pilates2Voice® introduces the use of ‘vocal sound’ or 'voicing' with physical exercises to monitor the degree of recruitment of the deep ‘core muscles’ associated with optimal breath management and healthy vocal production. Pilates2Voice® is the first Technique that can actually measure a person's technical ability for vocal strength and stamina.

IMPORTANT: Practitioners of this technique are required to have certification in Pilates2Voice® as well as education and experience as a trained singer, voice teacher, and Pilates instructor certification. This technique does not negate any other training method, but rather, presents new training and diagnostic tools for clients in their independent practice for improved strength and stamina. With supporting evidence-based medicine, Pilates2Voice® can help to develop a physiology that prevents physical and vocal overuse injury.

Welcome to Inspire 2 Inspire - Introduction

Dear Readers,

Thank you for visiting my company's site.
Inspire 2 Inspire focuses on Motivational Arts, Entertainment and Performance Training.

The name of the company is derived from three different meanings of the word 'Inspire.'
Definition 1: To breathe in.
Definition 2: To motivate.
Definition 3: To affect

If you want to deliver a peak performance with impact, a breathing practice, positive processing and understanding your audience are all a necessary part of your training. As a performer and creator of live stage productions, these areas have been a part of my life ever since I can remember.

I hope to share my passions of performing and teaching with each of my clients, so that they find that 'teacher for life' in themselves.

Thank you again for visiting. More next time...
